01Overview
EVFastCharge Ltd. ("MÖTEN evfc") warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, for the periods stated below.
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty we provide. It is in lieu of all other express warranties and limits implied warranties to the duration of this Limited Warranty to the extent permitted by law.

Warranty period begins on the date of original delivery to the first end-user purchaser.
03What's covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the product's normal operation under correctly installed, intended use, including:
- Internal electrical and electronic component failure
- Connector and cable assembly defects (excluding wear-and-tear and physical damage)
- Power electronics failure
- Firmware/software bugs in the charger that prevent normal operation
- Enclosure defects affecting protection ratings
Our remedy is, at our option: (a) repair, (b) replace with the same or equivalent product, or (c) refund the original purchase price.
04What's not covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Improper installation (e.g., installation not performed by a licensed electrician per local code and the product Installation Guide)
- Use of the product outside its rated specifications (voltage, current, ambient temperature, ingress protection)
- Modification, alteration, repair, or service by unauthorized parties
- Use with non-OCPP-compliant or unsupported third-party software (where the product is a charger)
- Connection to electrical service that does not meet code (e.g., improper grounding, undersized conductors)
- Power surges, lightning, or other transient electrical events not protected by appropriately rated surge protection
- Vandalism, accident, fire, flood, or other external events
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading) that does not affect operation
- Normal wear and tear of consumables (cable jackets, connectors, wear surfaces)
- Theft or loss
- Use in commercial or fleet contexts inconsistent with the product's intended residential / commercial / DC fast use category
- Products sold "as is" or "with all faults"
- Products acquired through unauthorized channels (used resale, gray-market, etc.)
05Who is covered
This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners, except as required by law.
If you acquired the product from an authorized MÖTEN evfc distributor, reseller, or installer, you may be considered the original end-user purchaser for warranty purposes — keep your purchase receipt and installation documentation.
06How to file a claim
- Email warranty@evfc.com with: your order number or product serial number, a description of the issue, photographs or video where helpful, and your contact information.
- Our support team will respond within 1 business day with troubleshooting steps. Many issues are resolved remotely via the eMÖTEN CMS or firmware update.
- If field service or replacement is needed, we will issue a Warranty RMA number and arrange next steps. Most warranty replacements ship within 2–5 business days from RMA approval.
For Battery Buffered systems and high-power DC chargers, a MÖTEN evfc field technician or authorized installer may be dispatched to your site for diagnosis or repair, subject to scheduling.
07Sole and exclusive remedy
Repair, replacement, or refund (at our option) is your sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue from monetized charging, costs of removal and reinstallation, electrician labor, downtime, or business interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
08Extended warranty
For most MÖTEN evfc hardware, you may purchase an extended warranty that adds 2 years to the standard warranty term. Extended warranties must be purchased at the time of the original order or within 30 days of delivery.

09Governing law
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Some jurisdictions provide additional consumer-protection rights that may not be limited or waived; nothing in this warranty restricts those rights where they apply.
