This Shipping Policy describes how MÖTEN evfc hardware is shipped from our U.S. operations to customers in the United States and international markets.
For region-specific shipping origins (e.g., from our Costa Rica hub for Latin America, UAE hub for GCC and MENA), please switch to the relevant country edition via the country selector at the top of the page.
02Free shipping on MÖTEN hardware
We offer free standard ground shipping on MÖTEN evfc hardware orders shipped within the contiguous United States, with no order minimum. This includes Home Chargers, Commercial Level 2, DC Fast Chargers, Battery Buffered systems, and Pedestals & Accessories.
"Free shipping on MÖTEN hardware" applies to MÖTEN evfc-manufactured products. Standalone CMS-only subscriptions for third-party hardware are software-only and have no shipping component.
Expedited shipping options (next-day, two-day, scheduled freight) are available at additional cost — pricing shown at checkout.

04Transit times
Standard transit times after order processing (typically 1–2 business days):

Transit times are estimates from the carrier. Weather, carrier delays, and customs (international) may extend delivery.
05Freight shipments (LTL & full-truckload)
Commercial Level 2 chargers, DC Fast Chargers, and Battery Buffered systems ship pallet-secured via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) or full-truckload freight.
What to expect
- The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Standard service includes curbside delivery only — driver is not required to bring the pallet inside or up steps
- Liftgate service (required if you don't have a loading dock or forklift) is available at additional cost — please specify at checkout or in your order
- Inside delivery, white-glove, and assembly services are available for an additional fee
Inspection at delivery
Inspect every freight pallet at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt BEFORE signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery per our Return & Refund Policy.
06International shipping
Orders shipping outside the United States to country editions (Canada, Mexico, GCC, etc.) ship from the nearest regional hub. International orders require:
- Customs documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and Harmonized System (HS) codes are prepared by our shipping team
- Import duties & taxes — the buyer is responsible for customs duties, import VAT/GST, and any clearance fees imposed by the destination country
- Recipient compliance — recipient must be authorized to import the product class in the destination country
We do not ship to countries subject to U.S. trade sanctions or export restrictions. The current list is reviewed against the U.S. Department of the Treasury OFAC Sanctions list at the time of order.
07PO boxes, APO/FPO, and remote locations
We cannot ship freight (pallet-sized chargers and accessories) to PO boxes. Small accessories that ship via parcel can sometimes be delivered to PO boxes — contact us if you need this.
APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) — case-by-case; please contact shipping@evfc.com before ordering.
08Tracking & notifications
Once your order ships, we send a shipment-confirmation email with tracking number and carrier link. For freight shipments, the freight carrier will also contact you directly to schedule delivery.
You can also check order status by logging into your account or contacting orders@evfc.com with your order number.
09Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building manager, or other household members
- Check around the property — sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots
- Contact the carrier directly (FedEx, UPS, etc.) to open a missing-package investigation
- Contact us at shipping@evfc.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist
For high-value chargers, we recommend adding signature-required delivery (available at checkout). Without signature confirmation, the carrier's "delivered" status is treated as proof of delivery.
