How fast will MÖTEN evfc respond to my inquiry?

Every form submission and email is answered within one business day, Monday through Friday, by a member of the Wilmington, Delaware team. Quote requests for commercial and fleet projects are routed to a dedicated account manager.

Do I need to call to get a price?

No. Every MÖTEN charger has its price published on the product page. For multi-unit, commercial, fleet, or battery-buffered projects, the Get a Quote form returns a tailored proposal that accounts for site service, cluster sizing, and installation scope.

Can I become a certified MÖTEN installer?

Yes. US licensed electrical contractors can apply through Installer Connect. The program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — with training, lead routing, co-branded marketing, and tiered margin available at each level.

Can I resell or distribute MÖTEN chargers in my country?

Yes. International expansion is handled through the Be Our Partner program, with three tracks: Distributor (country-exclusive), Authorized Reseller (regional drop-ship), and Affiliate (online referral). Applications are reviewed by the partnerships team in Wilmington.

Where is MÖTEN evfc based?

EVFastCharge Ltd. is a Delaware C-corporation headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. US orders ship from a domestic warehouse. International orders ship from regional hubs in Canada, the UAE, Pakistan, and Costa Rica depending on destination.
